In September 2007 the JT News wrote: “Lovely, is the word that comes to my mind when I drop by Fresh, the Wedgwood neighborhood gift shop Wendy Schwartz opened a few months ago with her business partner, Julia Marconi.” We couldn’t agree more!
Fresh was featured in a September 2008 story on how some stores use “skinny mirrors” to dupe their customers. Doesn’t our own Kate Henderson make a lovely model?
Co-owner Wendy Schwartz and her daughter were also featured in a December 2008 story about their trip to Washington, DC for the presidential inauguration.
Friend of fresh and one of our favorite vendors, Lisa Murphy of Emilie Sloan bags, filmed a spot for Evening Magazine in the store in February 2009. Co-owner Julia Marconi makes a guest appearance.
NW Source got it exactly right when they wrote that we are “…sure to keep the neighborhood's many hostesses party-ready.”
Seattle Chic wrote a nice review in August 2007 and concluded, “It’s magnificent.…if you don’t live in/near Wedgwood this boutique is worth the drive.”
We’ve seen lots of wonderful reviews on Yelp. Would you like to help us out by adding another?
